Smartsupp and connection

The Smartsupp platform is used for such communication, which offers many advanced features in addition to chat.

Integration with SmartsUpp

Would you like to have all your contacts in one place? If you use the SmartsUpp platform, you can now connect all your ongoing communication with your clients and your account. Contacts from all completed chat conversations, missed conversations and offline messages are sent in real-time directly to your account.

How do you do it?

A copy of the data from all completed conversations with your customers is sent in JSON format to a selected URL. Thanks to this, you can then process all conversations from SmartsUpp on your server and export them to a third-party system – To integrate, do the following:

  1. Log in to your administration account
  2. In your account, go to Contacts – API
  3. Select the Contact List to which the addresses from SmartUpp conversations should be uploaded and click on Show code
  4. The bottom bar will appear – select SmartsUpp and copy the URL code to send to
  5. SmartsUpp will then set up the data to be sent to the URL in your account at the end of the service and this will activate
