With regard to still tightening security standards of internet communication, the „Tracking Domain“ service will be abolished and replaced by a new „Tracking Certificate“ service from January 1st 2021.
This change is required by the new HTTPS redirection standard (HSTS), which will be used by all browsers using Chromium core. Concerning the W3C Consortium recommendations, the support of other browsers and email clients is expected as well.
It will not be possible anymore to redirect URL addresses on the DNS records level without the valid certificate.
For this reason, we are changing the service mentioned above and extending it with valid certificate acquisition and its management. The price includes setup for a specific customer domain. Due to the fact that the certificate must always be obtained for at least one year, as well as it must be extended and set, we are forced to reflect this into the price of the service.
Your Tracking certifikate improves your email campaigns credibility by adding your company name to the links generated by the system. The recipient has, therefore, more certainty that it is not so widespread phishing and is not scared to click the link. Your tracking domain may, thus, influence the CTR (click-through rate) increase and the overall success of concrete e-mail campaign.
