SPF is the abbreviation for the English name „Sender Policy Framework”. SPF is the mechanism by which you can define servers with permission to send e-mails from your domain. Thanks to this setting, Emailkampane.cz servers can be publicly authorized to send e-mails on your behalf.
Applying this DNS record (in the form of TXT) will bring you positive points on antispam filters, thus increasing the delivery rate of your emails through external systems. Some e-mail servers take into account the existence of SPF records.

Where should I set this DNS record?
Do you have access to managing the domain on whose behalf you will send e-mails? If so, here is the procedure:
- Log in to the domain administration to manage the domain. (how to set up records for selected providers can be found here)
- Locate the DNS record settings or the domain file of the selected domain.
- Add a new TXT-type DNS record as v=spf1 include:spf.emailkampane.cz ~all
- Save the changes.
How do I verify an SPF record for my domain?

What if I need a composite SPF record?
If you need to add multiple values to your domain’s SPF record, do so using a composite SPF record, not by creating two SPF records – this is penalized by almost all recipients.

What is the difference between „-all“ and „~all“ ?
While the parameter „-all“ indicates a consistent request to enforce record rules, the parameter „~all“ has an informative character only. The first option is somehow a higher degree of authentication but in the case of bad enrollment, the e-mail is rejected the hard way. The second option is a bit „softer“ and in the case of an error, e-mail only gets mild negative points but is not immediately automatically rejected.
