Hashtags are now very popular among the general public, overwhelmingly because of their use within social networks. However, the use of this hashtag does not have to be limited to social networks, for example, it can greatly simplify your search.
We support searching Contact Groups, Campaigns, and Templates using the # sign. It is very easy to use, just use the hashtag in the title and save yourself time and effort when searching later.
In addition to the classic search box, there is always a Search by hashtags option on the right. Clicking on this option will bring up a menu of names containing #. This list is sorted by frequency and you only have to click on them to filter them. You can also manually type search terms into the search box. You can use more than one, e.g. “#newsletter #January #2020 #clients-eshop”.
There is also a hashtag whisperer, just type # and a menu of possible hashtags will appear. You can use # to name, for example, a group of contacts or even a campaign.
This way you can sort the names quickly and efficiently, especially if you have a lot of saved data and groups. Therefore, it is not a bad idea to learn at least one way to type # on your computer using a dedicated key combination.
